For me, the benefits of not being on social media simply outweigh the benefits of being on social media.

Maybe I had rose-colored glasses about what it meant to lay it all on the table for Jesus... maybe I thought He wouldn’t really ask for it all... after all, obedience is better than sacrifice. Perhaps I thought that Jesus would allow us to keep our offering of a comfortable life if I just focused on being obedient. But, no, He chose us and He led us to offer it all up and He helped us put it on the altar before Him and then He, gently and kindly, took it all.

Last night during my precious time with precious women reading scripture, we read this:

Sharing the gospel isn’t easy. One professor at #SEBTS describes starting a gospel conversation as enduring “10 seconds of insanity.” And, girl, I can attest to this 🙋🏻‍♀️
